Creativity and attention to detail led to rapid advancement in positions within Mexicana Airlines (Mexico City), Mexico's National Council of Tourism (Chicago, IL) and Mexico's Secretary 0f Tourism (Los Angeles, CA), where she worked as Director of Incentives and Conventions for the USA and Canada markets. Since 1990, Norma has worked exclusively in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, as Director of Sales for Grand Tourism Hotel properties. As an active participant in Vallarta's tourism industry, she has an in-depth knowledge of the range of attractions and services of this destination. Also an active member of SITE (Society of Incentive Travel Executives) she was a founding partner of SITE Mexico chapter, and organized the first series of seminars on Mexico as an incentive destination.
